Between 2016-2018 I worked with Competitive Solutions to help Davey Water Products accelerate their lean journey. I was looking for a program that could deliver a win for the employees and a win for the company, and that’s exactly what I found.

90 staff from multiple departments achieved accredited cert3, cert4 and diploma certificates in competitive manufacturing systems which delivered sustainable improvements throughout the plant, resulting in expense reduction of greater than $1.0M two years running, and many improvements which delivered cycle time, stock holding, and waste elimination benefits. Lean Resources invested time to fully understand process flow and waste, every employee involved received group training and one-on-one time with trainers in support learning outcomes and lean initiatives run during the program.
